History

KIKIS ATHINODOROU & ASSOCIATES LLC (Property Valuers and Project Managers) specialises in comprehensive consulting services in the field of real estate in Cyprus. Our company was founded in 1995 by Kikis Athinodorou MRICS, University of Reading graduate in the field of Land Management and Chartered Surveyor since 1995.

KIKIS ATHINODOROU & ASSOCIATES LLC became RICS Regulated Firm in 2022 and is one of the major real estate consultants in Cyprus. It cooperates with all the major corporate clients in the industry (public companies, financial consultants and institution, private companies).
